Outdoor space in a town that stayed small for a century
Morrisville was chartered in 1875 but still counted only 165 residents in 1880, staying a small rail-stop community with six general stores and a scattering of trades well into the 20th century before its later growth. That slow-growth history left larger, less subdivided lots in parts of the older town than you'd find in a community built out all at once.
